Front Desk and Reservation Staff make up our front line of customer service representatives. They sell rooms over the phone and at the front desk, check guests in and out, take payments, answer the phones and take care of any guest requests to ensure a wonderful vacation for everyone. Staff works a variety of shifts between 7 am and 11 pm with weekend shifts almost always a must. Applicants must be extremely outgoing with an excellent customer service attitude. Required skills include computer knowledge, friendly phone voice and attention to detail. Pay begins at $8.00, depending on experience.

Accounting staff assists the controller with all daily accounting functions including deposits, direct bills, accounts payable and maintaining timecard information. Applicants must be very detail oriented and trustworthy with the ability to multi-task and work on their own. Computer and accounting knowledge is required. Hours are from 8 am to 5 pm. Pay is based on experience.

Night Audit is a combination of Front Desk and Accounting. This shift runs from 11pm to 7 am, covering the front desk duties during this time. In addition, the night auditor is responsible for balancing out the day's work for all departments, posting all lodging charges and running several reports. Computer and accounting knowledge is required. Applicants should also have a take-charge attitude since they will at times be the only employee on duty. Pay begins at $8.75, depending on experience.

Bellman work hand in hand with the Recreation Department and Pro Shop, and are here to assist our guests in any way possible and to lend a helping hand to our Front Desk staff. The Bellman will help with luggage, room moves, room deliveries and many other odd jobs that come up in a given day. Hours vary depending on the need, but generally run between the hours of 7 am and 6 pm. Pay begins at $7.25. Recreation Staff plan and execute the children’s activities along with being in charge of the swimming pools, golf course and driving range. Applicants should enjoy kids, have a fun-loving, friendly attitude, loads of energy and the ability to get people involved. Hours range from 7 am to 6 pm with pay beginning at $7.25.

Bar Staff must be experienced and able to make a variety of mixed drinks in a timely fashion. Applicants should exhibit the following qualities: honesty, great customer service and a fun loving attitude. Our guests love it when our staff gives them outstanding service and still look like they are enjoying themselves! Bar staff will work in the lounge and do group functions in our meeting rooms and outdoors. Some hours are available during the day but the majority of work will be in the evenings. Bartender wages begin at $7.25 + tips. Cocktail servers earn $4.35 + tips.

Wait Staff positions are physically and mentally challenging but are also very lucrative. Servers earn $4.35/hour + tips with a guarantee of $7.25/hour. Tips are a reward for great service, so successful candidates will have a wonderful customer service attitude, patience, grace and efficiency. Good knowledge of the restaurant/lounge offerings and the ability to up-sell will increase staff earnings significantly.

Kitchen Staff includes line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers, led by our year-round executive chef. Kitchen staff earns $7.50 to $9.00 depending on experience and skills. Successful applicants need to be fast, calm, detail-oriented and willing to work as a team. Hours range from 6 am to 11 pm daily.

GIFT SHOP AND ESPRESSO BAR

Gift Shop staff does double duty with our Espresso Bar. They are responsible for assisting customers with their shopping, replacing display inventory and running the register. Espresso Bar duties include making a variety of coffee and smoothie drinks such as cappuccino's, latte's, and fruit smoothie's. Applicants should be outgoing, exhibit great customer service, creativity and attention to detail. Hours range from 6:30 am to 6 pm with pay beginning at $7.50 per hour.

Grounds and Maintenance Staff are responsible for the upkeep of all rooms and main buildings. They maintain all grassy areas including the golf course, pick up trash and monitor the pools. Maintenance staff must be very handy and able to fix almost anything. They must also keep a customer service attitude as they come in contact with our guests on a daily basis. Hours range from 7 am to 10 pm daily with wages beginning at $7.25 - $8.00.

Housekeeping Staff take care of cleaning all guest rooms and the main buildings. This staff literally earns what they are worth by being paid by the rooms cleaned. Pay per room is based on room type and service provided. Good customer service, attention to detail and pride in their work is a must for all applicants. Staff will come in contact with guests daily and their work certainly affects how the guest rates their stay with us.

Laundry and Cart Staff are the support group for our housekeepers. Cart Staff are responsible for making sure the housekeepers have the supplies needed to complete their job in a timely and efficient manner. They will also assist in folding laundry, pick up trash around the units and pool area and strip rooms when needed. Laundry staff is responsible for keeping all linens for the rooms, restaurant and conventions clean and presentable. Pay ranges from $7.25 to $8.00 depending on duties and experience. Some evening hours are available but the majority will be from 9 am to 5 pm.
